We start with a $99 diagnostic and measure what is actually happening before recommending equipment.
Services
Air filtration system upgrades. A properly sized filter cabinet catches far more than a one-inch hardware store filter, and we check static pressure first so the new filter does not starve your blower.
Whole-home dehumidifiers. Handles moisture independently of cooling, so you can hold 45 to 55 percent humidity without overcooling the home to get there
UV light air purification systems. Mounted at the coil and drain pan, where standing moisture lets growth start, to keep the wettest part of your system cleaner between visits
Ventilation assessment and improvement. Newer homes are built tight, so we measure whether yours is getting enough fresh air and fix it at the source instead of masking it
Duct inspection and sealing. Your duct runs through a 130-degree attic, and leaks on the return side pull that air straight into the home. Sealing it is often the highest-value fix in an older Katy home.
